Paul, Since there are often 100 posts a day on AMD and I rarely read them all unless adressed to me that purchase went unseen. Some times a week goes by and I do not read AMD or Intel.
I have often wondered why you act like you hate AMD? Without AMD it is true, the ASP of CPUs would be as much as ten times what it is now, or perhaps merely 2-4 times, as was typical in the total momopoly era of Intel. I agree that AMD has cost you many millions of dollars in foregone profits as Intel stock would be in the $600+ area had there been no AMD or Cyrix.
You constantly make comments about theft of proprietary stuff, but AMD seems to have gotten there by it's own work as theft would have been legally combattable. At some early time Intel did sue AMD, and did they win?, or did they make some kind of deal?

Now there seem to be no legal barriers to AMD, merely solvable tech barriers, that are being solved.

So why the bitter war against AMD waged here?

It does not seem to be appropriate. If you think it is, why is it?

You go far beyond fair comment.
