Sir, You have every right to vent! This non-sense has gone on too long. Removing him quickly is best for everybody. I agree with you about Lott as well, he should seem a lot more sure of himself, take the bull by the horns so to speak. If he shows determination, I think many others will ride the wave of his wake. Removal is the only answer.
