Jenne....<<how much longer will it be regrouping>>

No later than the 27th - Earnings Announcement.....and Anytime before.

There's any number of things that can cause a trigger upward.
1)YHOO's earnings...Should be excellent...to be reported on 12th.
2)A Broadband deal announcement.
3)Other Internet Positive Earnings Reports.
4)AOL's pre-earnings run-up, with possible Split expected.

It is not unhealthy for a stock to pull back and consolidate after the kinds of gains we've had in the last few weeks...Sometimes a consolidation can last for weeks, or longer...I don't see a lenghty one in AOL however because of the reasons listed above.

Hold on..This stock is the stock of 1999, IMO...(BTW, it is DLJ's pick for '99 also).

Regards, George

Jenne, don't forget, just three weeks ago, AOL hadn't cracked 100.

And if you factor in the fact that this stock is 294 without the recent split...the consolidation is necessary. But it won't pause forever.

Aloha,
Paul
