The court's definition (for which I provided the URL) was used
in the Paula Jones deposition on Jan 17, 1998. Clinton's
infamous finger-pointing remarks were made about 10 days later.

I think it is obvious that Clinton and his lawyers concocted
a lie for him to use in his Grand Jury testimony in August to
say that he misunderstood this definition. Again, the essential
elements of this lie are:

1) ignoring the "knowingly engages" (i.e., passive) aspect
of the definition.

2) interpreting "any person" to instead mean "any OTHER person".

If the Democrats want the specific lines where he perjured himself
in the Grand Jury, how about these for starters?
Either Clinton lied, or he is so illiterate that he can't
understand a few simple sentences.
