Not gonna take that sucker bet. I
think Bill Clinton is going to leave
the Whitehouse only when term limits
finishes him in January 2001. This
guy is the political equivalent of
the terminator. I think the lesson
here is that:

1) Image is everything.

2) Rule by the polls.

3) Patronize the lowest common denominator.

4) Sleeze your enemies.

Stick to those 4 rules and anyone can be
a popular president.
