Auric, Now that you have your short position how about spilling the beans on what you know? I don't need to know the identity of your connected sources and I can understand your not wanting to divulge bad information prior to taking your position. But now that you have your position, lets hear all the rumors, facts and whatever you have in clear detail. You claim to be on the side of justice and "helping the SEC". Of course your not completey a boy scout as you have a vested interest in the bad news helping your position. Sort of a soldier of fortune it seems. At anyrate since part of your mission is to help the SEC then I would assume you have nothing to fear from the justice folks, no wrongfully gotten inside information or similar illegal tactics have been used in your due diligence of this stock. You're "HELPING" the SEC? Gosh, why don't you just shut down all these "crim" companies you keep talking about? By the way, would you give us your definition of "crim" so I can use this against you in court? Do you mean "criminal"? Help me a little, here. "...say 200 TLAB" How do you know I haven't owned TLAB since before yesterday's big gain? (hint, I have) Also EMC - In at 9 3/8 (18 3/4 before the split last year). You don't know who you're talking to. I've noticed you rip people for not being "big" like you, and for dealing with e-Trade. Hey, they probably do better than your broker ever did for you! At 15 + on FIBR don't forget your still a VERY big loser (in at 7). Do I hear MediaOne? UniPrecision? More GigaMux customers? NetSilicon IPO? I'm going to bed, now, and will sleep very well. Will you? Or were you smart enough not to hold a short position over night this time? I hope not! David
