I see where this is going SH but I will continue to play by your rules. Their Internet site has a lot of your questions answered.

As for the restricted stock, you and I know unless we are involved there is no way to find out other than call the company, which you refuse to do or believe. So I will never satisfy you there.

As for your search engine, there is always a lag time on Internet postings. If you want the final answer call the Patent office because if I do you probably be skeptical anyway.

As for the errors in the posting, these posts are copies that others have put on the boards. I admit I don't always spell check my posts if I am in a hurry or copying something from a letter.

As for their promotional material....well we all have a purpose. Mine is to inform others so that my equity will be increased. Your job is to put questions in people's minds to want owners of the stock to sell. I have turned up facts. All you have done is ask questions. To create doubt. You have no facts to back your short position. You cannot prove that the patent they have belongs to anyone other them the company even if you question the approval date.

Past performance of the shell company has no reflection on the present company. Your purpose is to get this stock back down below your short point so you can salvage your investment. My purpose is to inform with facts to raise the value of my position and gain equity in this company. I think I have done a better job than you have. G!
