What happens about changes in capital structure now?

The purpose of the 10:1 reverse is supposed to be to "clarify" the relationship between the two stocks.

But has it been clarified? Will the ratio in the swap really be 1:1?

Isn't there supposed to be an adjustment for any changes in capital structure?

Didn't we just have a change in the capital structure of ESVS, due to the issuance of the "Investor's Preferred"? Isn't that a very significant change in the capital structure of ESVS?

If ZULU shareholders now get 1 share of ESVS for each share of ZULU that they hold, they are getting a significantly smaller share of the combined company than they would have prior to the issuance of the Investor's Preferred. Very significantly less.

Will the Investor's Preferred be taken into account? Or does this just get swept under the rug?

What other changes in capital structure might still be coming that will also be swept under the rug?
