Alien,

Squid usually appears for me at very inopportune times, I wonder if it is the little known giant squid that rises from the depths of the SI servers to battle posters with frustration and aggrevation. Be careful as no one alive has seen one, but we know that it exists to cause fear at not being able to get a lengthy post entered.

Good Trading

Dave

Good News AlienTech. Japanese bought their own government bonds overnight -for the first time in forever, instead of using their US bond sales to speculate the stock market.

This is the much needed 'stability' people have been waiting on Japan to do. Even if it's a good start it could signal a will to turn things around for the Asian economies.

There's still the puzzle of why they propped-up the yen to 111 vs. dollar so I'm not going to be holding my breath on this week's rally.

For me this means I'll be using my 35% to 'hidee-ho'-trade in speculative screamers.

-Andrew.

Good Morning Gang-

GUC and LCOS got good CNBC coverage this morning. Both should gap up big time.

Network Associates Inc. (NETA) 59 15/16: developer and marketer of network security and management software products expects Q4 earnings of $0.47 a share, a penny above Wall Street expectations; revenues are expected to rise 30% to $272 mln; see press release.....

I'm starting the day holding NETA, AAPL, and INDI (Look, I'm a position kind of guy! <G>)

NETA currently trading up 2, AAPL down 1 1/4
