this is true and almost EVERY ONE (repeat EVERY ONE) know that AMZN and even AOL is overvalued and but their stock prices are just up and you can't fight the trend. Actually, if i have enought time to follow the market, i will even buy them on momentum ( i will even hold them overnight while still sleep). but i am not. so i can just wait and see.

Curent AOL's price is the price with potential in the future.
................... 1998 1999E 2000E 2001E 2002E
Sales ........... 2600 . 4000 . 6800
Profit margin. 3.53% 20% .. 38%
Net Income .... 92 ... 800 .. 2584... ? ......?

MSFT's Net Income 1996 1997 1998 1999E 2000E
..................... ....... .. 2195 3454 4490 5200 ..6000

At end of 2000. AOL will be worth current MSFT'MKT Cap 365 Bil which 5.42 times Current AOL'MKT Cap.

These my estimate are perceivable. Anyone who has a powerful tool can easily put these #.
In spite of recent rapid appreciation, if the price dipped 10%, there would be quick bounce back, since people don't want to miss steep upside ride which short term investors have experienced(missed).
AOL will be unprecedent high growth big-time. Perhaps tomorrow will be the day to miss:)
