DLGC - Closed at 23 7/8 +4 3/8....no news, hmmmmm. 3x volume, P/E of below 10, 9.60M float and class management.

Coming off its low here people in a big way. Wait for a pull back but this is a GREAT short term to intermediate term hold. Do the DD and take a look at their projections, their industry, and their chart.

Have followed this issue for some time now, and it looks like the time may have come. Would like to see a dip before dipping in.

VVID: 5 7/8 -5/16 on 1.5x Volume. Two noteworthy items.

The first:

biz.yahoo.com

I have mixed feelings about this news but look how the stock reacted, or didn't react as the case may be.

The second:

biz.yahoo.com

This is nearly 20% of the float of this issue. A major buyback. If the earnings shortfall is as they say it is, due to Intl. customers awaiting new models of scanning equipment, then all is ok here.

I would be willing to add shares here if for no other reason than to play the lack of movement due to the recent earnings preannouncement. Would like to see more volume but it will most certainly pick up as earnings near. The only problem I see with this issue, beyond the earnings shortfall would be lack of volume after the earnings announcement. So many of these issues are only in play once a quarter....

This issue differs in that the sector can get hot in a NY second should bomb fears arise, or and embassy explode.

Again, I would begin to pick at this issue here. Great P/E if earnings numbers still hold up over the long run.
