I have had AOL for about 3 years too. My experience is just the opposite--used to suck but getting better. I can't even remember the last time I had a problem getting connected.

Stormin' Norman....Your experience is a RARE ONE...There was an independent study done recently (about 1 1/2 months ago) that said AOL's subscribers are MORE SATISFIED NOW THAN ANY OTHER TIME IN THEIR HISTORY!!!

I am an AOL subscriber and have not had your experience.
