Steve,

I dont mind a good bit of short hype, I also noticed you on the yahoo board, of which I am not a poster, but a watcher. I wonder if you are bearish on BIGE?? Hmmmm.. Tough call..

Anywho.. When comparing ONSL to BIGE, I stand by what I said, I went on there in the infancy of the web site (ONSL), and there were flaws, delays and a lack of product. I dont recall comparing the two companies to each other, I recall comparing web sites. And I stand by it. Do keep in mind however, that ONSL is losing money, has and will for quite some time. BIGE has better margins, like it or not it is true. The real story behind this stock is what will the company do next, if they decide to parlay the interest in the auction site and expand it, say to collectibles, or even broader to include a few peices of what makes UBID and ONSL popular, then you might have somthing here. I think to dismiss the intelligence of the founders/managment is as silly as saying that I was drawing comparisons between BIGE and ONSL. This story isnt done just yet.

I agree that the volume is indicitive of increased short selling, but I saw quite a few larger trades going through that were buys too, and the stock has held up for the storm it is going through. Such pressure of shorting (if applicable) is dangerous.. If BIGE comes out on the next earnings and suprises everyone, and/or makes an alliance with AMZN as what I have seen rumored, those shorts will be running very quickly.

One other thing, where have you been all this time, were you waiting to jump on the pile? That is the easy thing to do, why not stick your neck out and be original? I bet there are alot of people here that would like to hear your next punching bag short stock..

Finally, where are you getting your info about the managment selling stock to raise funds? Speaking of such things without support might get you in trouble if anyone from the company were reading this thread..

Good luck!
