I thought I was one of ew who played with options. I am just noticing from recent posts on this thread that there are lots of options players. I am looking to get out this type of trading --- it can be very stressful especially if we see a downturn in the market. I had been doing mostly short term options (which is more stressful). It has been an incredible success but it easily have been a disaster. Looking to quit while i am ahead. Looking to adding MSFT shares to my portfolio.

I have never shorted puts like Ibexx but was thinking about it--decided against it.

I have a lot in Feb 150s -- may unload just before earnings or just after depending on the stock action leading up to earnings. Still have Jan 145, 150; April 150s (&Feb 150s). Looking to unload the January options any day depending on stock movement.

Hoping for a big move today!!!!

Can someone explain to me how buying a LEAP would help me add to my position of MSFT stock, without having to shell out $ 15000 for 100 shares ?

Let me know please
and thx in advance
