Good morning, Dave--

Most of your questions' answers are in the 10KSB.

1) I don't know what the Class E stock issue is for any more. I had heard it ws to ensure family ownership of the company in the event of a takeover attempt.

2) Nearly everything was paid for in stock up until last year. The company was cash-poor, and had to survive. I believe that has ended.

3) The company states in the 10K that in order to maximize its holdings, it will need to make a substantial investment in equipment.

4) Madera's operation in S.A. is run by contract labor...Madera has no employees, thus no labor unions or pension plans to deal with.

5) Website construction can be expensive, but even a very expensive site ($50k or so?) is well within their means at this time.

6) The company has stated to other investors via telephone that they are ready and eager to service the website users. How they produce/obtain the products the website's goods is unknown to me.

You are doing good DD, TopFuel...perhaps you could call the company on your unanswered questions and see if there is an answer to be had. Most information, though, is to be found in the 10K of November 6th.

Cheers!
Rick

It's a shame that there are two threads now, more for me to read.

The tone seems a lot better here, so far.

I wood like everyone to know that I feel that posts for the positive AND negative side of this stock have a very definate place here. Our system of trading does include the LONG and SHORT side, along with market makers, hype and bashing. I feel there is nothing wrong with these things.

It is very clear to me, and I wood think to others, who is doing this. If done tastefully, you keep your audience and entertain, if done clumsily, it seems all you create is animosity.

Personal attacks are very clumsy .

To the people who left, I hope you come back and post, you have been very helpful and informative. I hope your thread won't be too boring, as I will have to read that also.

This stock has taken a good move that was done with the help of these traders that we have met on this thread. The volumes that we have seen, could not have been attained with out buying, then selling, then buying again.

It is in their best interests to keep this a trading stock. To do that it will have to continue to have an overall rise as it goes up and down. This keeps people interested. Bless them, don't shun them.

The ups and downs are healthy for the stock AND for long term traders. Every time the stock bounces up it shows strength and leaves behind a resistance point. It is unhealthy to go straight up, because it will go straight down.

I agree with ArtAlley, Enjoy the ride, we are on our way, every investment style, all together! This stock with a $.50 book value, positive earnings, good volume, and some creativity, will attain good profitability for all that are reading this. BUY SELL OR HOLD
