I know a few traders that have made a small fortune selling AMZN puts the past year.They are way overpriced.Buying AMZN puts is a waste of money.

Right. My point was that more people can afford to buy the stock at 130 than at 400. Look at the volume daily over the last 60 days. You'll see what I mean. Notice today's huge vol day. Everyone can afford to play it at 130.
