this my first post here...i warn you to do your own dd on this matter...i am going to tell you what i have found out from the company, and from the brokerage firm i deal with, ameritrade, both yesterday, and this morning...take this for what you think it is worth, but check it out before you make any decisions...please...

yesterday, after reading the press release about the dividend, i did buy some shares of qnet...i spent much time on the telephone afterwards with the company at 954 567 1008, speaking both to mr. bob leff, and with mr george elia (eelia)...i also spent much time on the telephone with the re-organization department with ameritrade....both yesterday, and this morning...

i have had it explained to me by both mr leff and mr elia, that if the original shares are owned by someone who has restricted shares already, then their three dividend shares will carry the same restriction....i had it explained to me that if someone, such as me, bought unrestricted shares on the open market, that the three shares issued to me would be restricted, but that i would have the option of having the restrictions lifted immediately, and that instructions would be provided...i went to great lengths of conversation to assure myself that i understood them correctly, but this does not mean they were telling me correctly....check it out for yourself...

also...with ameritrade...the stock i bought yesterday, is held in a street name, but i am on record as the owner...i checked with them this morning, and the person in the re-organizational department told me directly, that i was qualified for the issuance of the dividend shares...what will happen is that the company will issue the total number of shares to ameritrade to account for the number of shares that ameritrade represents, and then ameritrade will dispurse to their account holders of that particular equity...they have made it plain to me that to buy it before the close of the day today is sufficient...as of the time my buy is completed, i am the owner...how long it takes for the money to change hands is not my problem...the term of concern is....shareholder of record....not settlement date...check it out for yourself...correct me if i am wrong, please...i tell you these things in good faith, as i understand them from my conversations...

again check it out...ask your questions in the most plainest (?) of ways so there can be absolutely no confusion as to what you are trying to find out...when you get an answer, repeat the answer, and tell them what your interpretation of that answer is, so that you can be sure that you are understanding what you are being told...also i might add, every conversation with ameritrade is taped, so your questions and answers can be looked at, at a later date, if necessary...

i am personally satisfied that...i bought shares on the open market yesterday...that i am qualified to receive the dividend...that i can use the dividend shortly...that i can trade my original shares as early as tomorrow morning and still have met the qualifications for the dividend shares...because i own them at the close of trading today...if indeed i do keep them that long...

now, if i only knew how the market was going to react this morning...i have not made up my mind yet what to do...hooboy...

the information i have provided here is accurate to the best of my ability to give it, as i have received it....i make no attempt to sell anything to anyone, to make any decision for anyone other than myself...once again...check everything out for yourself...good luck...
