Anyone who can't wait that long Radim is a wild speculator (not even a half investor).

Remember a NASDAQ listing is approx a 650% return from today (4.00)

What is that not good enough for some.....and yes I have spoken with MS many times.

He is a genuine person, with a passion for perfection, is gracious with his time to us investors, and gets slandered all day long.

Like you say though Radim, he does sound confident (by no means arrogant, but confident when he talks.

Tell you something else that may surprise many but shouldn't....it is almost always the small investor holding 5000 shares or less who make the loudest cries....(I know because some of you have told me how many shares you own)

OK done fussin for today.

T'Man....I am still lickin' my lumps from the other night....no seriously all is well, snowing here in the mountains today...God is beautiful,

Heyy Radim,
Please refer to my PM to you hon re: Nasdaq listing, there is some confusion. He is speaking about being fully reporting ;).

For anyone who would like to boneup on NASDAQ requirements:
nasdaq.com
there are some wonderful grids that explain in a nutshell initial requirements as well as what is needed to maintain a listing. Steps
are being taken but we are a very long way off IMHO.,,AMBTS,, barbara

Radim, I agree with Barbara's post...NASDAQ???
Even your 2 high praise posts 2 days ago did not indicate MS saying the listing was 2nd Q only fully reporting.

I am very thankful for the time you spend on the thread, but tell us if you have a basis for this or whether it is only an extension of your hopes. Your 2 MS posts were very optimistic. Do you feel that they were accurate in their portrayal of what MS actually said, or perhaps embellished from your optimism.

I am optimistic, too. I only want to follow a trail that MS creates. Not a trail I or others invent. Reassure me with clarification please.

Michael has something IMO, otherwise he would not be as confident about the
NASDAQ listing in the 2nd Q.

Confident to you, perhaps, but no public statement or press release I have seen. Have I missed something?

And how can he be confident about the listing when, as I understand, he needs to have a minimum share price for NASDAQ listing. Or am I wrong about that?

Just a reminder about how seriously to take the company's promises: this from a press release of 12/7/97, just over a year ago:

""We want to
assure our shareholders and the investment community that we have already begun the process
necessary to provide full reporting by the 1998 second quarter"

So far, they're at least 3 quarters behind. We still haven't seen ANY audited revenue and expenditure figures for 1997 (now over a year ago!)

Promises to one shareholder are nice. But I would much rather see results.
