No, they do not do much internet related business. That's what makes this company so attractive, when they converge their businesses to one internet site. Could be a real blockbuster....

Disclaimer:
NO (ZERO,NADA) position in FLYR.
Don't understand and disagree with some of your comments, especially "despite their poor numbers". Poor numbers!! Look at the comp. last Q which significantly beat WS expectations, a PE drastically lower than CURRENT growth.
Yea, let's all buy the BAMMs and MZONs of the world which are in an equally or more competitive niche of the e-commerce market, and are pumped primarily by hype and shorts scrambling. Those may be committed to internet related sales, but how will they fare in the marketplace?

Congratulations to all the passion you put in this stock.

Now, after all the answers I received after my postings, let me explain you frankly and honestly my positions :

1. I did own FLYR shares but don't for 1 week. Even at 6 something, which is the case today, I am not sure I can jump in again. It would be easy to buy a reasonable number of shares but I wonder if there are better investments in the market.

2. The reason why I am playing the devil's advocate is frankly to have strong arguments allowing me to jump again. But fundamentals have little weight in front of rumors, hype, passion, unrational etc...
To be convinced, look at the market movements !

3. The stock market works on information only. All the decisions are based on information available to investors, and rumors.
Don't you think that investors don't know about this beautifull company (FLYR) with beautifull numbers to show despite their press releases announcing them and the fact that they are big, among the top performers in their sector ? Don't you think they are observed ?
Maybe something is missing... to come on top of investor's mind.

4. FLYR is not alone on earth. If it does not catch a bigger audience among investors, it is maybe because they think there are better candidates to good return on investment !

It is definitely lack of press. Here is what I mean. The following came off Steve Harmon's internet report today of top ten picks of 1999. Can you believe he listed PTVL?

"Preview Travel (NASDAQ:PTVL - news) . There isn't much available in a public Internet
travel stock that we like. Preview trades substantially off its $44 per share high. Revenue grew
43% the nine months to September, 1998 to $14.4 million, giving this one an 11x run rate
annualized multiple. Losses increased also so that's a concern. But we think travel and the
Internet look attractive and that the few stocks worth noting here could be in PTVL's favor. It's
another reason why we added it to the ISDEX."

Obviously he has not heard of FLYR. How could he put PTVL ahead of FLYR? Nevertheless, he has, and others will now consider them the leader no matter who or what is above them or will be. That is the power of press. We have not gotten it, but we still are a growing company, and will get ours along the way.
