i'm not sure any macro-trends in the market will have much impact on ULTR. not many shares are held by institutional investors (less than 2%), and most individual investors are looking at ULTR's specific potential (not a sector play). that said, ULTR might benefit from a boost in interst in the GPS sector, particularly after it exercises its options on Talon.

the bottom line for ULTR is profitability. if ULTR can pull off a decent 4Q98(more than $0.20 per share), and avoid any signfiicant loss in 1Q98 (-$0.05 to +$0.05), trailing P/E is going to start looking very good, along with good proespects for '99. thus, we should start moving smartly up without regard to overall market trends.
