>>There are so many good companies with proven track records that one can invest in. Why risk investing with LGOV that might be good in a few years or might be defunct? <<

I'm not speaking for John, but I think that many here invest specifically because of the risk. I have money in "good companies with proven track records". I also have money in mutual funds and IRAs, but I keep a little in reserve for companies that appear to have, IMO, great potential. No one, except the Board of Directors, should "bet the farm" on companies like LGOV, but the thrill of riding a "shooting star" is, IMO, well worth the risk involved.

Best of luck,
George

Do whatja gotta do.....

But, there is a ton of info that you may not know. Doing something rash before you have time to see what the new board is going to do would not be a really good plan.

You have to look at what's happening in China, like 3 Gorges Dam and their computer/internet expansions.

The LPG business is bringing in cash and profit, but those reporting periods have yet to be presented; hence, the '97s really looked cruddy. You just have to grasp the bigger picture.

Best wishes,

John :-)
