Stitch, Wondering whether you or any one else can update us on whether any drives are still on allocation, whether there are any component shortages and whether the stong demand appears likely to continue into 1999. Anyone heard anything from the analyst community? I'll be checking a couple today and will let you know if I hear anything.
Good luck, Z

Has anyone seen any Sony HiFD in stores? CompUSA had
an ad for it a few weeks ago, but none in stock.
In the Sunnyvale store there are still none.

Does anyone know if TDK uses their own media or if they get media from Fuji?

I did get a 250 yesterday and will put it through the paces. Got USB drives on Monday and they are in test now. Clik! is on its way next Monday. That will complete my collection of every Iomega storage device (including Jaz 1 and 2)
