then, after another day's climb, when we returned to base.... the white tent was gone and there was not a shred of evidence that they were ever there... Great Story. Up on low volume, then comes the selling? Now with the authorized share buyback, corporate funds could be used to support the price while individuals compensated with stock can liquidate their holdings. This would look much better than buying back privately held / restricted shares at above market prices. But I am certainly not implying Elk International, the Dror Trust, Carl, or any other EDII associate would be interested in selling any of their position. But with $110 Million shares outstanding and climbing coupled with the past performances of the acquired companies, other unrelated investors may actually consider these shares overvalued at the current level. jmt
