Over 500,000 shares so far. It's not a mistake, per broker!

Well so much for wishful thinking. At least it was fun before the reality of the close was seen.

Jason made mention of a recent S-3 being filed in December. So I went to Edgar online this evening and had a look see. A major stockholder has filed to sell some 590,000+ shares, and there was also a mention of 37,000 warrants (but I didn't really understand that part of it).

I did take notice of one fact in the myriad of gobbly-gook. XYBR believes that one of its patents may have been infringed upon by one of its competitors. Anyone have any idea as to what this might entail and the consequences there of?

Also, for those unfamiliar with XYBR's competitors, the S-3 lists the companies XYBR considers as it competative rivals.
