fwiw,

the most expensive lesson(s) I've experienced
convinced me that if the premie is large, better
quintuple<g> check the stock. Then stay away if the
fundamentals aren't solid, the CFO quit, or any one
of another thousand things look questionable. I like
the WINS approach in part because it seems to de-emphasize the
importance on the premie, and focus attention on the
quality and timeleness of the stock.

Large premies have lead me to the very worst stocks -
that I soon wished I had never heard of. These dangerous stocks
can be unanimously rated "strong buy" so beware!
