Arnie, AirTouch is almost all 800 MHz cellular not PCS. They do own some stock in PrimeCo but all ATI branded properties are 800 MHz cellular with analog and CDMA. Their capex is low and always has been.

I suppose if I were an Airtouch exec., the VOD
stock deal would be very enticing, esp. because
Vodafone stock is growing almost as fast as Amazon's...
the pre-paid stuff is just working like a dream.
As someone here suggested, they could probably work
out joint ventures with Vodafone + Bell Atlantic.
