Net Tangible Assets of $4 Million According to audited 97 we have a NTA of $164,961 According to unaudited 98 3Q we have a NTA of $619,729 or Market Capitalization of $50 Million sum of Long Term Debt + Stock + Retained earnings we can't calculate If we use shares outstanding as of 12/17 news release 19,580,463 and bid and ask at close today we have $10,769,254.69 & $11,552,473.17 or Net Income of $750,000 (in latest fiscal year or 2 of last 3 fiscal years) According to audited 97 we have a NI of ($804,158) According to unaudited 98 3Q we have a NI of ($592,145) 2. Public Float (shares) 1 million (Float is those shares not held by company and or insiders) Can presume we meet this 3. Market Value of Public Float $5 million Cannot presume we meet this 4.
