I've typed several posts but cancelled them because of lenght therefore I'll type a shorter version.If you remember when Flexweight got envolved I posted I had subscribed to the local newspaper,Elko Free Press,for four months I've been reading all about Elko and Wendover,nothing to read about Oasis because its a offramp and cafe.Remember too I posted that the cafe sits on 20 acres on one corner and the other three corners are owned by a corporation in Utah.The temp in Oasis gets down to zero many times and lots of snow [high plains]Aside from the previously mentioned three corners land is selling for $50.00 to $100.00 per acre.Lots of houses for sale in and around Elko,Quite a bit of crime for a small town too.All of the above is fact which comes from the newspaper,police and in earlier post I mentioned what the county tresurer and DOT reported.Good luck in drawing your own conclusions
