Interesting lawsuit. MU fired two employees because of infighting. That happens all the time, and there is usually nothing illegal about it, unless of course it violates a specific employment contract or union agreement. Are MU engineers unionized? Are there employment contracts that guarantee continued employment? In Italy, apparently there are, but what about in Idaho? Does anyone here know?
