Interesting lawsuit. MU fired two employees because of infighting. That happens all the time, and there is usually nothing illegal about it, unless of course it violates a specific employment contract or union agreement. Are MU engineers unionized? Are there employment contracts that guarantee continued employment? In Italy, apparently there are, but what about in Idaho? Does anyone here know? Note: While I am a licensed attorney in Nebraska, I do not practice employment law, nor do I practice law at all in Idaho. Therefore I am not qualified to render an opinion on the merits of the lawsuit, so don't even ask...... Carl
