After today's announcement, it seems like Parker is out anyway. Perhaps he did say what you said he did and probably that's the reason he's out. In retrospect, I apologize because it seems like you were telling the truth about what you heard from him. Perhaps Mr. Parker was telling you one thing while telling others (including me) another thing. Here's an excerpt from an e-mail I received from Mr. Parker on December 11th, which is a few days after your original post.

"Aqua Vie is and has been paying for the 888 number. There apparently was some mix-up with the phone company when the line was unavailable last week for a few days. Wall Street Financial Group, Inc. did not receive any compensation for the research report, nor did they ask for any. "

I also talked to John Cooper around the time of your original post and he said that the company had not compensated Wall Street for the report.

I guess the quality of information is only as reliable as its source.
