jj how are you today dear? can you tell us about the stack of affadavits forwarded to the sec concerning shareholders you solicited for stock? you are not a b/d are you dear? kellogg states he did not get his stock from you , you are not a brokerage. you can not deal securities. therefore there was no contract between you & aznt, was there dear? you told us before there already was an "arbitration hearing", did you not? you also told us there was a "judgement", did you not? so tell me dear why are you now telling us you have motion to compel arbitration when your previous stance was you had already arbitrated & got a judgement against aznt? when did vANDER KELEN SOLICIT STOCK FROM YOU AS JANICE CLAIMS?
