>>I want the G3 400 with all the trimmings<<

Oh yeah! Same here. Fact is, Linda...I remember reading one of your posts 6 months or so back.....wherein you were "shocked" at how fast your new G3 300 surfed the web. I thought "Linda must've also gotten a new, faster modem to experience THAT kind of speed increase."

But nooooo.....bought one myself couple of months back....same same! Varrrroooooooooommmm! It's-a one spicy meatball, eh?!!

"Me too" on the G3 400! Want One!! Happy new year! Regards, Ralph

<<what would I do with my perfectly wonderful G3 300? >>

I think Soup can sell you one of the new 450 Mhz G3 upgrade cards and maybe do a trade-in for the 300 mhz. That is, if speed is your only concern.

And YES. Perhaps I am somewhat of a Luddite, or perhaps I'm waiting for Apple's darkest hour when they really need sales on a new high-end machine. That is when others of my kind appear from the shadows bearing much needed greenbacks.

Something like all the townfolk coming to the aid of George Bailey at the end of "It's a Wonderful Life".

Everytime the a bell rings another trading day begins.
