January 7, 1999 11:51 AM MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 7, 1999--GLOW Global Games Corp. announced today that First Entertainment Holding Corp. FTET has met with its legal counsel and will proceed with its sports site using software from Global Games. Global Games Corporation and First Entertainment Holding Corp. will meet next week to finalize the Agreement. Global's software allows for a full range of sports book gaming and will soon offer live horse race wagering as well. Under the terms of the proposed letter of intent Global will receive 30% of the adjusted gross profit as payment for licensing fees from revenue generated by FTET using the Global software. Global Games will provide all technical service support from the use of its software. Mr. Borglund announced today from Dominica "The software for horse race wagering will be available this weekend at islandgaming.net.
