# of shares outstanding X market value = market cap Market cap is at least $50 million in this one. Does anyone have any idea what these patents are worth? Has anyone any info on what has been alledgedly done so far in Europe in terms of revenue or profitability? Does anyone have any info on how long it will take and how much $ Comgen will need to set up operations in the US? There are several companies already doing what this company claims to have unique patents on. Is this a unique process and where can one see it in action? Market makers reflect off of orders shown to them. Obviously there was a lack of supply which ran this stock in the fall. Buy-ins kept the stock up here since then imho. Where is the US sponsorship for this stock and which broker dealer is it? Who is handling the current financing and why isn't it announced? (Maybe we could get on board that way!) Are there plans for reporting and if so when will this company be filing reports with the SEC? Just a few questions that the company has not been able to answer for me, could someone out there who has better access than I please help? Thanks, sks1

SH, this info is from the company rep because I don't know where else to look. 7.5M free trading shares in the float of which I am told 99% is held by insiders. 5.8M control block (for patent...will not be released for 1 yr and only 1% can be released each quarter) 400,000 shares of 144 stock which will be free in June Hopefully will hear something tomorrow or soon after on the $3M funding. And lastly I am told the posting on the company was written by a private individual who runs his own newsletter and it was not paid for by the company. Now I see the next post also has questions on this company. Hope to have those answers tomorrow. I have an outsider of the company who is also checking on some of this info but no answers just yet.
