What is the real value of QNET???
If they made $0.57 per share last quarter and can continue for the year, then we have eps of approximately $2
What should be the PE, say 20?? will they grow 20% per year??
If eps is $2 and PE is 20---then value is $40 per share or $10 per share adjusted for the new shares. Any comments???
Are there any shorts in the stock??? If there are shorts they would have to pay the dividend, provide shares, and if they are short they would have to buy them. If there were shorts in this stock, then some of the buying may be shorts trying to get out before they are caught and have to pay the dividend. Normal shorting is usually not a problem with dividends, because they are only small percentage cash dividends, also rarely do BB stocks pay a dividend.
Any comments---John (holding for the dividend)
