it is obvious that DGIV is trending up. With the end of 1998 tax selling, there has been minimal selling. MMs have no shares since the selling has dried up, so they are not willing to give out shares below the ask. They move the bid around to get sellers, but no one is willing to give up shares at these prices! we are seeing nice support at this level, with the bid/ask price creeping up with more buying than selling. DGIV long-term shareholders have patiently waited for the company to "mature" and get over its growing pains. Perhaps the time will come when we will be rewarded ? <ggg>
