Of course it was an arbitration hearing, you moron. That's why it was held in the offices of an arbitration firm and presided over by an arbitrator. Ditto for the hearing held in July.

What will it take to get this through your incredibly thick skull, Spidey: disputes are not necessarily resolved in the course of a single meeting. Especially when one of the parties makes a scene and leaves the building.
