there was no"judgement" because there was no HEARING? do you understand now dear? You're trying my patience, boxer guy. Too many blows to the head. Listen carefully: at the September arbitration hearing, Mikey shouted obscenities and then stormed out when the arbitrator suggested calling Security. Had Mikey not shown up at all--and it was WellRich's original information that he hadn't planned to--WellRich would have won by default. Had he stayed, the hearing would have proceeded to its conclusion, or would have been continued. While I deeply appreciate your tireless efforts to play the buffoon, Spidey, this really goes a bit far.
