I guess I have to provide some education about what market makers can do, although I was hoping to avoid the DGIV crowd. Under NASD Rule 6750, the OTC BB market makers are only required to honor their bid/ask prices for the following number of shares, depending on the price: $0 to $0.50 (5000 shares), $0.51 to $1.00 (2500 shares), $1.01 to $10.00 (500 shares), $10.01 to $100.00 (200 shares).
