I don't understand about this spin off thing. What will it mean to me as a shareholder. Would you mind explaining this to me. I have been in Madera over two years, bought 5 trees for my grandchildren in Jan 1997 when they first started the ownatree. I remember the information they had put out in 1995 about the medicine, herbs and such that was in the Rainforest and they would be working on it. It has take a while but they have finally came through. I am curious about the infrastructure also. For instance who is furnishing the packaging of the products. Is there some kind of laboratory facility to test the products etc. I use natural and herbal products everyday and am looking forward to what they will have to offer. Thanks for the new thread I hope it stays as peaceful and as informative as it is now. Incidentally, when I first got interested in Madera they had 14,000 shares with a 8,000 share float. If we still were there can you imagine what the price would be today.

Lance,

I have the same question about the spinoff as Larry and my opinion about the web-site is that it is very critical to get this up and running very soon.
The way the internet has established itself this week, after being scrutinized the last couple of weeks for having overpriced stocks is very big for WOOD....

Lance- Good analysis. The other thread was getting a little crusty
and turning into a pissing contest. It was the reason I can't stand
the Yahoo board. Civilized discussions are enjoyable. Lance- how do you start a thread- what do you click?
