I havn't worked hard to drive the price down. I am the voice of reason. I speak truth. I agree that I have slung a little too much personal mud on this thread but not to hurt the stock. I am done hammering this deal because after checking into this a litte I believe that there is a chance that this company may actually have something. However, due to my past experiences, I do not under any circumstance invest in a bulletin board traded stock on the long side. I feel that if a company has real fundamentals and real value, listing on the bulletin boad is a cop out. Do it the right way to avoid the kind of slamming you see on this thread. I hope for your sake, this company does actually make it. However, I dont feel like this company will ever amount to anything more than a failed stock and hand full of pissed off investors.

First of all Mr Autocard, You obviously spent the $200 to join SI just to come here and promote MLRE. So my first question to you is are you being compensated?? If so how much?? If not, do you agree with this evaluation of MLRE

Market cap ~8.5 million shares x $12= $102,000,000

value of Millionaire Magazine< $1,000,000 call it - $ 1,000,000
cash from 2.50/share financing - $ 4,500,000

domain name millionaire.com + business plan plus Rusty Whit, must be worth 96,500,000 because thats what this market vvalues it at....seems a little
overvalued to me...

a footnote: I intentioonally left out New Orleans auction gallery
because no terms of the agreement were release on other than 7.2 milll
price tag, since they don't have the cash, I would have to figure it is a cash/stock deal....And I have no way of knowing what furthur dilution has been done for this deal.

Do you agree??? Do you know of any other assets??
