Terry Francis, where are you? - I found William Yuan under Edgar Online for GUM TECH International, Inc. (NASDAQ-GUMM trading at $8+)In 1997, prior to serving on the board, he served on the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee of Gum Tech International. Here is an excerpt I took from the proxy statement filing with SEC. William A. Yuan is President and Chief Executive Officer of Reliance Management, LLC, and Managing Director of Redwood Communications, an entertainment, production, financing and distribution company of motion picture films. From 1985 until 1996, Mr. Yuan was employed by Merrill Lynch and Salomon Smith Barney in various positions, the last being Senior Vice President, Head of Equity at Merrill Lynch. Mr. Yuan earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Cornell University in 1983.
