you speak of "duck & cover", answer these questions dear. did kellogg get his stock from you, or refered by you? you are not a broker/dealer & you know this. how can you take commission on selling stock? is it not true that when shurr left your employment you no longer had contract with aznt? & is it not true kellogg got his stock in period after shurr left your employment & contract was null & void? kellogg states you had nothing to do with his stock, what do you say? also dear , has ANY incarnation of wellrich been shut down by the california securities & exchange commission? if so, why dear? spider
