BETT & CYCH, It has been brought to my attention by others on this board the last few days that there may be some worries out there as to competition to the WINR product. I thought I might spend a little time comparing the companies that have been brought forth with WINR. 1)ON-LINE GAMBLING BETT- None yet. They state they are working to bring ONE casino on-line SOMETIME in the future with ALL kinds of gambling EXCEPT SPORTS! LOL. CYCH (Cybercash)- Strictly for E-Commerce application at this time although I am unaware of anywhere their application is actually in use at this time. CYCH has about the same number of shares as WINR and is selling at 8 times the price. To this point they have literally spent all their IPO and secondary funding with less than 1 million in revenues to show for it and a (-$2+/sh) earnings loss. CYCH could, I assume, at sometime be used in the gambling arena, but they have made no movenments in that respect. WINR- Currently 7 on-line casinos and 7 sports book up and processing wagers. Signed contract with Interbet casino and, supposedly, many other contracts on the table. 2).METHOD: BETT- Just began taking wagers through machines placed in "hair salons, car washes, and hotels" to take wagers directly through use of VISA, MC interacting with their smart card. CYCH- On-line WINR-On-line 3).BANKING STRUCTURE: BETT- Based out of that world reknowned safe bank haven of Costa Rica. CYCH- Claims world banking affilliations in USA, Japan, and Germany. WINR- Based in, arguably, the safest banking harbor in the world,...Lichtenstien through the Cyber Link Trust. 4.) E-COMMERCE & STRATEGIC AFFILIATIONS: BETT- None & e-bet CYCH- Has targeted E-commerce strictly & has attained a working relationship with MSFT to help package their product in a package format. This should be a major alliance for them in the E-commerce arena! WINR- While targeting on-line gambling at this time has indicated they intend to apply their system to world-wide Ecommerce. Along thes lines through their affilliation with the Cyberlink Trust and the Cyberlink Monetary system they have set up the web site shoppingdowntown.com ....which at sometime in the near future is touted as a worldwide shopping mall using the WINR system to handle the accounting. Many other applications in -commerce have been alluded to butt nothing else up at this time. 5).CLENTELLE: BETT- Apparently the hair drying, food stamp selling, standing in line to buy a lotto ticket demographic. CYCH- Upper end on-line consumer WINR- Upper end on-line consumer and upper end on- line gambler 6). MANAGEMENT: BETT- Makes wild claims of claiming 20% of a vastly bloated estimate 1 trillion dollar industry even though it just became operational in car washes, hair salons, and hotels. CYCH- Appears to be working to generate a world class product but, heretofore, has created little or no revenue at great expense to investors. WINR- Has made claims of capturing the up-end on-line gambling market using very conservative industry estimates for three years out. Strong background in the gambling industry and accounting idustry which should carry over into E-commerce arena. 7) LEGAL ISSUES: BETT- Not addressed CYCH- Not addressed WINR- WINR assurance to host governments to conform and abide by all territorial and regional laws and regulations pertaing to on-line gambling and internet E-commerce. I am sure there are more comparisons, but from my perspective BETT is a joke. Being way over hyped by management and penny traders alike. CYCH on the other hand is a NASD listed entity with a recent and strong affilliation with MSFT. To this point they are strictly E-commerrce and have shown no interest in the gambling arena. They have made very little revenue on a ton of spending. CYCH will definitly be competition to WINR in the E-commerce field, but, not as yet anyway in the gambling arena. BETT is a joke not competetion. No one ever said this would be a competitionless race! Where there is money there will be competition, but for the share price and current market positions I still think WINR is by far the best investment of the three presented. As I have stated in the past, it will take a lot of hard work and a lot of luck and very good management, but WINR still exhibits to me the capability of becoming a very large, if not the largest, player in the field of SECURE BANKING/ACCOUNTING SYSTEM FOR WORLD-WIDE INTERNET GAMBLING AND E-COMMERCE! Best Wishes, Swedelo
