I use www.yahoo.com. It's the easiest for me. And,
more importantly, their web pages zip into my browser
much quicker than SI's.

Fred, If I understand your question, SI doesn't support all possible companies, it's only the individual contributors that start a thread about a company or topic they are interested in. You can use the search tool at the bottom for Subject or Full Text but if nothing comes up then usually no one has started a thread. Sometimes you have to refine the search a little with more detail. Threads are sometimes started without the Market designator (NCEC). In this case a search for Nova Care also reveals nothing so very likely there is no thread.
There is a section for Bio-meds, if you think its interesting , start a thread.

*edit* Actually the Symbol is NCES and a Subject search finds two threads. Try #Subject-19295
