Larry, that may have to do with the fact that I maintain an appropriate set of voodoo dolls that renders those curses inoperative. I think that AMZN is the quintessential greater fool theory in action -- either that or the investors have never examined the company's 10-Qs with a critical eye.

BTW, the South Sea bubble had no product or business. That's why I think that AMZN is more properly called a greater fool stock. Everybody knows that there is nothing there, but each "fool" believes that there will be a "greater fool" to take the turkey off of his hands. It's the investment version of musical chairs. PT Barnum lives!
