Richard, I don't have a site, per se, but I am aware of two sources that chart historical P/E for specific issues, unfortunately, they are not available publicly on the 'Net: Value Line, and S&P. Both of these are available at my public library in the reference room, but I am cognizant of the fact that you would rather have the info on the net. To do so, you would have to subscribe, it's not free. Sorry, that's the best I can do.
