Re: TBR vs. TBH dividend, I called Georgeson and they know nothing.
Like Sgt. Schultz. They suggested Merrill Lynch might know, since ML does the TBH basket. I don't trade with ML, but will try them tomorrow.
Anyone else find out, let us know. The div should show up in accts soon anyway; guess I'll find out, since I have both TBR and TBH.
