Not an accurate claim by them.

NT5 runs just fine on 200Mhz and 64Mb PCs.

NT5 also doesn't offer much over Win98 for laptoppers ... I dual-boot both on a 233 laptop and 4 desktops in my office.

The claim is driven by market image positioning, I believe ... NT5 installs such a huge amount of junk on your system ... this is just spin-management. ;-)
