The stock keeps going up and up and up. hehe Did you, just for one instance, maybe think, it is you who cannot understand financials? You're too easy.

bobby

jmt/jhild

I will address both of you because you two seem to use the word they, (for anyone who is supportive) and the word we (jmt/jhild) as being negative and the know it all of this and any other stock you haunt on the boards.

You say my posts are nonsense and made with no mind of my own, because I transfer posts from someone who talks to Daniel DROR daily. In the beginning I came here for any and all information that I could find, and if there was anything I could add of my own, I would. No matter what anyone says proactive EDII, you two slam, bash, flame and just down right antagonize them. And then if anyone comes at either of you, you act like you are the most innocent of the innocent, claiming you have done nothing to deserve anything anyone says to, or about you. You claim nobody but you two have any facts about EDII, financials, Danny Dror and anyone else you feel like attacking at the time. You run your useless mouths unmercifully, to and about everyone who does not agree with your unfounded crapppppppp.

You want facts? Here's just a few.......(1) FINANCIALS ARE FILED. (2) There are a lot of people who "DON'T BELIEVE YOUR TWISTED NONSENSE", because they are "STILL BUYING" and moving the price steadily upward. (3) Since the financial filing "EDII IS UP 32%". Now I know that is not earth shattering, but 32% in a little over three days is nothing to sneeze at. (4) I haven't seen any evidence of pump and dump that you two are always accusing EDII of doing. (5) Just a nice (near) $0.03 rise per day. I would love to sit back and watch the price climb $0.03 per day for a while. How many companies do you two own that you have made 32% in the last three days? Tell us how much it hurts...

EDGAR'S carries the abbreviated financials, and therefore omitted the customary opinion of BDO on EDII's 1997 fully audited financials. Here is that omitted letter:

American International Industries, Inc.
Kemah, Texas

We have audited the consolidated balance sheet of American International Industries, Inc. as of December 31, 1997, and the related consolidated statements of loss, stockholders equity and cash flows for the year then ended. Nice. Very nice. I have a quote from Daniel:

"Have you covered your shorts, jmt? Can I convert you from being a basher of a penny stock company to a supporter of EDII? Give me (Dror) a call. Also, anyone wanting to sell their shares back to EDII should call:
(281) 334-4764."
